I am Barbara Ormsby

Management consultant with a passion. Starting with Engineering Physics (hence my love for structure), then moving into productivity consulting (which taught me pragmatism and results orientation), and finally back to university with Organizational Psychology (understanding the “soft” factors of collaboration).
